The College functions under a board of Directors constituting two members and one President, who is CEO. The campus functions under control and leadership of the Principal, who is assisted by the Vice Principal. The academics are looked after by Section Head; under overall supervision of Principal. The hostel is divided into two houses, headed by the respective Housemasters under supervision of Vice Principal. The bifurcation in houses not only helps in better management but also creates competitive spirit amongst the cadets.

The Finance Branch and the Induction Branch work under direct supervision of the CEO.
